Those tiny moments when you still feel close

I know it can feel like you’re getting shut out by your teenager.
Like every conversation turns into logistics or an argument…
and the real connection feels... gone.

But here’s what I want you to notice this week:

What’s one way your teen still lets you in—even if it’s subtle?

It might be when they walk into the room and sit nearby.
Or when they text you a meme that made them laugh.
Or say “Did you hear about…” and start a real conversation.

These small moments?

They’re everything.

They’re signs that your relationship still has roots—
even when everything else feels rocky.

And if they’re not happening right now?
That’s okay too.
Sometimes the soil just needs tending.

P.S. If you're craving more moments of real connection with your teen—I'd love to help.
